Thank you for purchasing our unique & handmade Jewelry Piece of the highest quality standard! With your purchase you are contributing to a network of over 300 families around the world which are manufacturing our earrings, necklaces, pendants and rings. The highest priority in our company is that we satisfy YOU our customers and by purchasing a certified jewelry product from ARDECO you can be sure that you have purchased the most beautiful on the market and a unique quality product.

However, it may of course be the case that you decide to make a return after your purchase and that is why we have developed a framework for this return with the guidelines below. In case of any question thereof, please do not hesitate contacting us. We are a down-to-the-earth-family-owned-business and we love to be in touch with our clients. Our clients are our crown jewels.

Our refund and returns policy option lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back & insured on your own expenses to: CASA ARDECO, Weizensteinerstr. 4, 5020 Salzburg in Austria within 30 days after your purchase.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your personal phone number to get in touch with you after receiving your unique jewelry piece.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 1. Jewelry pieces with obvious signs of use. 2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds: 1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {by phone}. 5. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please make another purchase over the webshop.
